In a sense you hold in your hands a beautiful new creation from God: fresh growing relationships between people and God - a church. You cannot make it grow but you have the power to kill it. Enjoy and grow in your sensitivity to every new thing that God does amongst you and let it train your eyes in the ways of God while the creation is still small enough that you can see the vast majority of what He is doing. This will serve you well as you move forward to the next cycle of growth.
